Rainbow Bridge Pet Euthanasia provides a compassionate home euthanasia service through our network of experienced veterinary professionals. Appointments are calm and unhurried, with time to talk through what will happen, ask questions and say goodbye in your own way.
Your pet can remain wherever they are most comfortable – whether that's in their favourite bed, on the sofa, in your arms or somewhere peaceful in the garden.
Same-day appointments are available where possible at no additional cost, subject to veterinary availability.
If having the appointment at home doesn't feel right for you, pet euthanasia is also available in our private Rainbow Room in Bolton.
Our Four-Step Process
Your pet's comfort is our priority throughout their appointment.
Every pet receiving euthanasia through Rainbow Bridge is given sedation before the final injection. This allows them to gradually become relaxed and sleepy while you remain beside them. Once your pet is peacefully asleep and unaware of what is happening around them, the vet will proceed with the final stage. There is no need to rush. Your vet will guide you through everything at a pace that is right for you and your pet.
